战略采购经理(机械类)POSITIONOVERVIEW

Responsibleforquote,negotiation,programmanagementandsupplierdevelopment.Analyzesquotationsreceivedanddealswithallday-to-daytransactionsaccordingtodefinedguidelines.DevelopsandimplementssupplybasestrategyforGroupsinassignedcommodities.

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

1)RFQStudy

-RoutineRFQofcomponentsfromoverseadivisions,Providecompetitivepricetodivisions.Negotiationwithsuppliersforreasonablecost.Recommendappropriatesupplieralignwiththecommoditystrategy.

2)Annualcostreductionnegotiationtoachievecommoditytarget.

3)AutomotiveandimprovementprogramswithsuppliersandRe-designtocost/costreductionprogramsorresourceachievecostsavingactivity.

4)Datamaintenance

-Ensureintimeimplementationofcorrectdataintherespectivesystemsandberesponsiblefordatamaintenanceandtargetachievementintherespectivesystems.

-Coordinatewithdivisionsanddomesticplantensuredatabaseinformationupdatetimely.

-Providecorrectinformationsupportteamworkcompletecommodityreport.

5)MarketStudy;chieveBestmarketconditions

-Ensureproperinformationexchangeto/fromsuppliersincaseofchangerequestsnegotiatechangeswithsuppliers.

-Ensurefulfillmentofrequirementswithbusinessbindingandbeactivelyinfluencethesourcingprocessduringdevelopmentphase.

-Developsupplieraccordingprogramandsourcingstrategybase.

6)Programmanagement

-ManageprogramtimelinefromP.OreleasetoPPAPapproval.

-Managesupplierdeliveryandcommercialproblemresolvetimely.

-SupportSQEteamforqualityissueresolution.

-ManagementMagnaToolingpropertyandmaitaintoolingdatabase.

QUALIFICATION

1.UniversitydegreeinEngineeringwith3-5yearsworkingbackgroundatleast

2.Preferthecoverstockfieldorprocessexperience.

3.Moldingortoolingworkshopexperience.

4.Goodexerienceonprogrammanagementandsuppliermanagement/communication.

5.Familiarwithengineeringpolymermarketandautomotiveresinselectionprocedure

6.FluentinChinese&Englishcommunicationandwrittenskill.

7.PPAPlevel3,GD&T,Programmanagementbasicknowledge.

8.Willingtotravellingindomesticandoverseaindependently.

-Ensureproperinformationexchangeto/fromsuppliersincaseofchangerequestsnegotiatechangeswithsuppliers.

-Ensurefulfillmentofrequirementswithbusinessbindingandbeactivelyinfluencethesourcingprocessduringdevelopmentphase.

-Developsupplieraccordingprogramandsourcingstrategybase.
