生产计划管控岗位职责

Thejobholderisresponsiblefortacticaland/oroperationalplanningofcomponentsand/orfinishedgoodand/orsparesand/orperipheralsforasingleormultipleproductionlines.He/Shewillmanagethebalancebetweenthesupplyofcomponentsrequiredforproduction,targetinventorylevels,continued/efficientproductionandtimelydeliverytocustomers.Plansfinishedgoodsrepairstomeettheagreedturn-aroundtimeswithcustomers.ImplementsandimproveslocalsupplychainmasterdataandconfigurationofplanningmoduleofERPsystem.

1.Translatethedemandplanforfinishedgoodsand/orsparesand/orperipheralsintoasupplyplanandinventoryplan.AssistsinthepreparationoftheS&OPprocesstocometoanagreedlongtermandshorttermplaninlinewiththestrategicdefinedKPI’s.

2.LoadupinanaccurateandtimelywaytheagreedsupplyplanintotheMaterialRequirementPlan(MRP)system.Verifiestheresultingpurchaseplanforcomponents.

3.Preparesthemonthlyproductionplanforaspecificline(s).

4.Translatethemonthlyproductionplanintoaweekly/dailybucketandnegotiateaconsensuswithproduction.

5.Followupontheplanrealizationbyproductionandcorrectwherenecessarytomeettheagreedsalesschedule.

6.Communicatescomponentshortagesandduedatesforproductiontopurchasedepartment.

7.Challengesproductioncapabilities(accuracyofrootingtimes,tools,machinecapabilities,etc).

8.Implementchangesinorderprioritiesandanalyzefortheimpact.Asaresult,implementtheconsensusplanning.

9.Givesfeedbacktosales-deskonprogressoftheschedule.Communicatesandupdatesdeliveryschedulesforthecomingdefinedperiod.

10.Createthedailymaterialsissueplantoensureasufficientmaterialssupplyfortheproduction.

11.AssistinWIPmanagementandWIPreduction.

Education:

·Universitydegreeorequivalentbyexperience

Experience:

·3-5yearsexperience

·IndepthknowledgeofERPandSAPsystemforatleast2years

·AdvancedknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficepackage;Crystalreports,AccessandVisualBasicareanasset
