1.Makeawarestaffmembersofnewqualityrequirementsandensuretheyareenforced;

2.Maintainmetrics(KPIs)andutilizethesametodrivecontinuousimprovement

3.Createanenvironmentbuiltthatensureintegrationofqualityaspartofeverydaybehavior;

4.Evaluate,developanddelivertrainingastheyrelatetoquality(8Danalysisetc)

5.Writeproceduresasneededtoprovidequalityguidelinesforworkshopstaff;

6.Writeproceduresanddevelopstandardsforperforminginspectionsasneededandincoordinationwithlogisticsworkwithsupplierstoreceiveproductswithzerodefects;

7.Coordinatewithcertificationbodiesandregulatoryagenciesasneeded;

8.Investigatecustomercomplaintsandassistteamtocarryoutrootcauseanalysis,followthroughtoensureimplementationofcorrectivemeasuresandprovidefeedbacktocustomersinatimelymanner;

9.Implementenvironmental,healthandsafetypoliciesandproceduresincompliancewithrelevantlegislationandstatutorystandardssuchasOccupationalHealthandSafety,SafeWorketc;

10.Implementprogramstotrainmanagersandemployeesinworksitesafetypractices,fireprevention,environmentalrequirementsetc;

11.Inspectorganizationfacilitiestodetectexistingorpotentialaccidentandhealthandenvironmentalhazards,determinescorrectiveorpreventativemeasureswhereindicated,andfollowuptoensuremeasureshavebeenimplemented;

12.Provideinformation,signs,posters,barriers,andothermaterialstowarnofpotentialandactualsafetyandenvironmentalhazardsandtopreventaccesstohazardousconditions;

13.Leadtheinvestigationofaccidentsandinjuriesandcompileandsubmitsaccidentreportsasrequiredbyregulatoryagencies;

14.MaintainHSEmetricsandkeyindicatorstoprovidevisibilitytowardsachievingzeroaccidentsandcontinuousimprovement;

15.Complywiththecompany'ssecuritypolicy,securitystrategyandtherelevantstandardoperationprocedurestoensurethesecurityofthecompany’sproperties(information,technologiesandproducts).Alsoreporttohisorherdepartmentheadsonanyincidentsorsituationsagainstcompany’ssecuritypolicy,securitystrategyand/ortherelevantstandardoperationprocedures

任职要求:

1.KnowledgeofQualityandHSEstandards;

2.KnowledgeofLean-Sigmaprocesses;ifcertified(Green/Blackbelt–Sixsigmaisaplus);

3.Experiencewithaudits(Auditor/Auditee)specificallyaroundISOcertifications

4.Prefer2-yearsexperienceinaQHSErelatedposition;

5.Anycontinuousimprovement/Processengineeringworkexperiencewillbeplus

6.SelfMotivatedandIndependent

7.Possessexcellentrelationalandinterpersonalskillsinordertocommunicateclearlyandefficientlyatalllevelswithintheorganizationandexternallywithregulatoryagencies
