文控和项目计划专员-上海DocumentationOfficerandProjectScheduler西门子西门子(中国)有限公司,西门子,西门子Theprojectdocumentationmanagerisresponsiblethedocumentmanagementaccordingtorulesandguidelinesfrom.Theprojectdocumentationmanagerindependentlyexecutestheprojectdocumentationmanagementfornationalandinternationalprojectsandfulfillshistasksintimeandinbudgetwiththenecessaryquality.Thedocumentmanagerfulfillshistasksincoordinationwiththeprojectmanagement,qualitymanagementandsubprojectmanagement
职责描述:
•Projectscheduleplanningandreporting
•Clarificationofinterfacesandcustomerrequirementsregardingdocumentmanagement
•Createsthedocumentmanagementinfrastructureforaproject(SAPPLMdataownershipwithaccessrightsandaccesscontrollists,folderstructure)andcoordinateswithownershipmanager.
•Clarifiesanddefinesdocumentationmanagementrequirementsinaccordancewiththecontract/customer/consultant/onshore
•CarriesoutadocumentmanagementKick-offworkshopforallprojectmembers
•Createsandmaintainstheprojectdocumentlist
•CoordinatesthedocumentstobecreatedwithPM,subPM,projectmembers
•Createsthedocumentmanagementplanandimplementsthedefinedrules
•Submitsdocumentstocustomerandcontrolsthedocumentstatus
•Controlsandreportsondocumentationissues(statusandplandatesofdocuments)
任职要求:
•1yearofexperienceindocumentmanagementorrelatedfieldofbusiness
•Projectexperienceinallprojectphases.
•MSWindowsandMSOfficeapplications
•Basicknowledgeandmethods
•FluentinEnglish
•Presentationskills-basic
•Standardsandguidelines
