Yourmissionandresponsibilities:

1.Technologicalsupportfortheproduction,processmonitoraccordingtoourqualitysystemandproductintroductionplans.为生产提供技术支持,基于质量体系和项目计划完成工艺监控

2.Steering,controllingandcoachingthedefinition,developmentandimplementationofproductionprocess生产工艺的开发和引入,以及对产品工艺过程的指导和控制

3.TransferringdesignfromPLMtoproduction(Newprojectandchangerequest)研发至生产的设计转移(针对新项目或者设计更改)

4.Beresponsiblefortroubleshootingduringproductionandimprovingqualityofproduct负责解决生产技术问题,提高产品质量

5.Beresponsibleforproductionprocessoptimizationandproductivityimprovement持续优化生产工艺,提高生产效率

6.Developingandmaintainingproductiondocumentation(DMR、Masterplan、FMEAetc.)开发及维护生产文件(包括产品制造性文档、工艺过程规划、失效模式和影响分析等)

7.AnalysisthereturnreasonofreturnpartsandtakeactiontoreducethereturnrateofRFproducts分析返修产品的退回原因,执行措施降低产品的返修率

8.Developingtooling、equipmentandnewtechnologyincludingdocumentationandvalidation.设计工装夹具,引入生产设备以及新技术,并进行验证和完成相应的文件工作

Yourqualificationsandexperiences:

1.BachelororMasterDegreeforElectricalEngineering,mechatronic,physical,orPowerEngineeringandEngineeringThermophysics电子、机械、物理学、或者热能与动力工程专业的本科或研究生

2.HaspracticeinElectronicfactorywillbebetter.Havesomesoftware(Office,MicrosoftAccessetc.)knowledgearepreferred最好有在电子厂工作的经验,有一定的软件知识(Office,MicrosoftAccessetc)基础

3.Fastlearnerandgoodcommunicationskill有良好的学习和沟通能力

4.GoodEnglishinbothspeakingandwriting良好的英语书写能力和口语能力
