Tester工程师岗位职责

Responsibilities

-Assessandunderstandbusinessrequirements

-Validatebusinessrequirementsagainsttheimplementationthroughcomprehensivetesting

-Produceclientdeliverablessuchasdetailedtestplans,testcases,testscripts,testreportsandanyotherassetsdescribedintheSOW

-Ensuredeliverablesareofthehighestqualitytopromoteclientsatisfaction

-ActingasanAgiletester,flexibletoplaymultiplerolesintheteam

-Shareknowledgewiththeteamthroughtraining,documents,etc

-Flexibilitytolearnnewtechnologiesasrequiredbyproject

-Flexibilitytotravelabroadasrequiredbyproject

-Independentlymanageassignedtasks

-Beresponsibleforqualityanalysis

Qualifications

-Handsonexperienceinatleastoneofthefollowingtestingactivities:functionalitytesting,performancetesting,automationtesting,securitytesting

-Familiarwithatleastoneofthefollowinglanguages:Java/C#/C/C++/PHP/Ruby/Python/Groovy/SQL

-Experienceinatleastoneofthefollowingdatabases:OracleDatabase,MSSQLServer,DB2

-ExperienceinUnix/Linux/Macwillbeaplus

-Experienceinmobiletestingwillbeaplus

-Mustbeflexibletonewsituationsandchallenges

-Passionfordelivery

-Goodtimemanagementskills

-Problemsolvingskillsarerequired

-Extraordinarylevelofunderstandingforcomplexbusinessrequirements

-Handsonexperienceinthefollowingactivities:testestimation,testplanningandtestreporting
