ThispositionrepresentsMicrosoftandisresponsiblefordeliveringprofessionaltechnicalconsulting,supportingandtrouble-shootingservicetocustomerswiththehighcustomersatisfaction.Primaryresponsibilitiesincludeworkingwithabroadrangeofcustomers,fromindependentdeveloperstolargein-houseinformationtechnologyorganizations,providingsupportforapplicationdevelopmentutilizingMicrosoftFoundationClass(MFC),ActiveTemplateLibrary(ATL),COM,andVisualStudiotoolsincludingcompiler,linker,andtheIDE.ThepositionistosupportcustomersusingtheVisualStudioandapplicationsdevelopedbycustomersusingVisualStudio.Thisinvolvesusingapplicationdevelopmentknowledgetodebugtheissueifit’swithVisualStudioorthecustomer’sapplicationitselfaswellasexcellentcommunicationskillstoworkwithcustomers.Customerapplicationscanrangefromsimplewindowsformapplicationston-tierapplicationsdevelopedinVC++/C#/VB.Net,soanunderstandingofalldevelopmentlanguagesisdesired.Theabilitytoaskprobingquestionsviaphoneoremailtogetdetailsfromcustomerswillhelpresolveissues.Skillsrequiredincludeexcellentcommunicationskills,proficiencywiththeC/C++language,compiler,linker,CRT,MFC,VisualStudio,debuggingskillsandapassionforsolvingtoughcustomerproblems.

MainResponsibilities:

Incident&Advisoryservices&Responsiveness

-Driveefficientcommunicationwithcustomertoknowtheirneeds.

-Doresearchandusetechnologiestotroubleshootoncustomer’sspecificissue.

-Deliverdesiredsolutionsinresponsetocustomers’concerns.

-DeliverfeedbacktoMicrosoftproductteamtoimproveourproductandservice.

-ProvideproactiveadvisoryservicesforcustomerstorealizevaluesachievedbyMicrosoftproducts.

EffectiveCommunication&Collaboration

-Identifytherightresourcetocollaboratewithtoworktowardthefinalsolutions.

-Collaboratewithcross-grouppeersbothproactivelyandreactively.

OperationalPrecision

-Useappropriatedocumentationandutilizationand/orlabortrackingmethodstoaccountfortime.-Manageandprioritizeyourworkloadwhilekeepingteammembersandmanagementappropriatelyinformed.

任职要求:

1.BachelordegreeinComputerScience,ComputerEngineering,ElectronicEngineeringorequivalentexperience.

2.Anidealcandidatewouldhaveastrongcustomerservicefocus,excelatproblemsolving,experienceinWin32programmingusingVisualJava,C++(CRT,MFC,ATL,linker,compiler),athoroughunderstandingofCOMandtheWin32APIs.

3.Excellentcommunicationskills,collaborationskills,self-motivationandmusthaveastrongteamspirit.

4.MusthavestrongverbalandwrittenEnglishskills.
