ProductDevelopmentPhase

-LeadandFacilitatedevelopmentofsupplierstomeetPOAutomotiveSystemsRequirementsManualstoimprovequality,cost,anddeliveryperformanceofsuppliersthroughPOAPQP-ResponsibleofQualityandProcessSupplierEvaluationforallsuppliersandSupplierOnsiteProcessApproval(SOPA)onkeysuppliersasrequired

-ResponsibleforthetimelinessapprovalofPPAPperprojectrequirements.

-ManagementofSupplierratingsysteminconjunctionwithPurchasingDepartmentandnecessarysystemstoincludemonthlyreportingofSupplierPPMScores.

-ToleadSupplierQualityManagementReviews(SMQR)LevelIIatdivisionlevelandsupportatplantlevelasneeded.

-ManagementofLevelIIContainmentProceduresandimplementation.

ProductProductionPhase

-ResponsibleoftransferfromSupplierQualityDevelopmenttoPlantSupplierQualityatthebeginningofeachprogramproductionphaseplus6monthsorasnecessary

-LeadandFacilitatesupplierstomeetPOAutomotiveSystemsRequirementsManualtoimprovequality,cost,anddeliveryperformanceofsuppliers.

-MonitorofSupplierPerformanceQualityRatingonamonthlybasisandschedulefollowupauditsandreviewsforassignedsuppliers.

-ChampionsupplierPPMreductionsincludingreadacrossofcommoncommodityissue(i.e.focusonpoorperformingsuppliers,highPPM,SNCR’s,andCriticalIssuesfortheirassignedsuppliers.)

-LeadSupplierImprovementAuditsandSupplierOnsiteProcessApproval(SOPA)onsuppliersassigneduntilclosureofalltheactions.

-TrainandmentorPlantSupplierQualityEngineersassigned
