IncreaseDivisionsalesandprofitsthroughdevelopmentofproductstrategiesforvanepumpandservice.CoordinatecommunicationinvolvingproductsandapplicationsbetweenDivision,sales,customersandendusers.

Scope/SupervisionandInteraction:

Useofjudgmentindeterminingproductsoffered,targetmarketsandproductlineforecasting.Interactwithsales,operationsandmarketingtoprovidepremiercustomerservice.

JobResponsibility:

Establishproductdevelopmentprocedurestoassistfieldsalesinachievingprofitablevolume

MakerecommendationsandevaluationsonnewproductopportunitiesasoutlinedintheWinovationprocess

ParticipateinorleadnewproductdevelopmentteamsaspartoftheWinovationprocess

Developandpresentproducttrainingtofieldsales,customersandendusers

Supportfieldsaleswithinformationonproductsandapplication

ConductperiodicmarketsurveyandWinMapprojects

Conductcompetitiveanalysisofproductlines

Accompanyandassistfieldsalesasrequired

Attendsalesconferencesandtradeshowsasrequired

Developproduct/systemadvertisingandpromotionalprograms,landingpages,Wechats

Developandreviseproductsalestoolsincl.ppt.,literature,catalogs,technicalbulletinsetc.

Facilitateexchangeofinformationbetweenengineeringandfieldsalesmanagement

Manageproductportfolio,productpositioning,developpricingtoolsforresponsibleproducts

Monitoractivitiesforcontinuousimprovementsinproductivityandcostreductions

Qualifications:

BSorabovedegree,preferablyinEngineering,EngineeringTechnologyorBusinessdisciplinewithrelatedexperience

Above10yearsexperienceinengineeringorfieldsalesinarelatedindustry

Strongcomputerskills(LotusNotes,MicrosoftOfficeApplications)

Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills

Stronganalyticalskills

Demonstratedabilitytoorganizeandmanagemultipleprioritiesusingeffectiveproblemsolving/resolutionskillsandateamfocus.
