1.Responsibleforsupportingthedevelopmentofautomotivepowertrains,specializingintheintegrationanddevelopmentofautomatictransmissionsforInternalCombustionEnginesandHybridpowertrains.

2.Responsibleforfunctiondevelopmentandevaluationoftransmissionsystemsandcomponentssuchasshiftquality,NVH,driveability,efficiency,performance,weight,etc.

3.Subjectivelyevaluatetransmissionattributerelatedproblemsanddescribethem.

4.Developarecoveryplansforpossibletransmissionproblemsanditstargetverificationrequirement.

5.CoordinationwithotherTMdepartmentsinordertoexecuteattributetasks.

6.Riskassessmentofpotentialproblemsanditsrecoverysolutions

7.Performandsupportvehicleandtestbenchmeasurementtasksforattributerelatedtasksandevaluateresults.

8.Familiarwiththevehiclechassisandpowertrainsystem,evaluatethevehicleissueandrelatedsystem.

9.Experiencedwithspeedsensor,torquemeter,temperaturesensor,pressuresensorintegrationandmeasurementacquisition.

10.Coveringcross-functionalissueresolution

11.Discussandanalyzetechnicalproblemsandpossiblesolutionswithcustomers;

12.Responsiblefortechnicallyliaisingwithsuppliers,customers,orbusinesspartnersformechanical,hydraulicandelectricalsystemsorcomponents

13.Supportallsalesactivitiestechnically

14.Responsibletocontributeoftechnicalcompetencethroughmutualteaching,technicalsupport,andresearchactivities

Requirements:

1.Bachelororabovedegreeinautomotiveormechanicalengineering

2.Atleastthreeyearsworkingexperienceintheautomotiveindustry

3.Havedrivinglicenseandskillfullyindriving.

4.CancommunicateinEnglishfluently.

5.Confidentdrivingabilityandknowledgeofthesubjectivedrivequalitytargetsforvarioustypesofvehicleapplications

6.ProficientinMicrosoftOffice

7.ExperiencedinusingCANanddataacquisitionmeasurementtoolssuchIMC,NationalInstruments,VectorCANape,INCA.
