•Ensureallleasecontracts/premisesacquisitionofthebankareproperlyhandledasperpolicyandguideline.

•Familiarwithcontractlawandprotectthebankinterestbybuildingpropertermsandconditionsofthecontractsigned.

•Tomonitor,leadandstreamlinetheprojectanddesignteamdailyoperationincludingbankpremiseproposal,tendering,sitemanagementprojectcostcontroletc

•Toplanandutilizetheprojectanddesignteamresourcestosupportandalignwithbankbizplanandtarget.

•Planfortheportfoliostrategiesandoffertobusinessunitstocopewithbankobjective.

•Providemarketupdatesformanagementandbusinessunitinformation.

•Costcontrolineveryaspectstothebestinterestofthebank.

•EnsuretheBank’scorepropertiesareunderpropermanagement.

•MotivateandmanagethesubordinatestoperformtheirdutiesandtoattaintheobjectivesoftheDepartment.

•Setobjectivesfortheteaminlinewithbusinessgoalandleadtheteamtoachievethetargets.

•Workwithotherteamsforprojects/plansrollout.

•CommunicatewithHASEforstandardofwork,Grouppolicyandsharingofexperience.

•EnsurethatallcontrolmeasuresrelevanttothejobresponsibilitiesareundertakentominimizetheriskexposureoftheBank.

•Ensurethecomplianceofrelevantordinanceandstatutoryrequirements.

•Compileworkmanualandguidelineforsubordinates.

UniversityGraduateinPropertyManagement,FacilitiesManagement,Mechanical&Engineeringorequivalent
