销售总监-矿山机械Responsibility:
•OperativeleaderofnewbusinesssalesinChina
•LeadsandcoordinatescustomerprojectsactivitiesinMining&MetalsChinaincludingorderintake,sales,andachievesresultsagreedforMining&MetalsintheCountry.
•TogetherwithregionalVPdefinesandimplementsaprofitablegrowthstrategyforMining&MetalinChina,coordinatesoperationalsalesactivitieswithotherfunctions.
•EnsuresallcontractsareinaccordancewithVoithRiskManagementGuidelines.
•ManagesandmotivatesafunctionalMining&MetalNBSorganizationinChina,personallyleadstheteam,managestalentandsuccessionplanning,identifiesandcoacheshighpotentialsandlocaltalent.
•IdentifiesopportunitiestoaddmorevalueforproductsandservicesinChina.
•Responsibleforthesafetymanagementofthisdepartment;
•负责本部门安全管理工作
•Implementcompany&department’squalitypolicyandgoals;
•贯彻公司和部门的质量方针、质量目标
•OTOprocessesforMMNBSteamandtheirprojects
Cooperatesandmanagesrelationshipswithcustomers,suppliers,authoritiesandinstitutioninChinaonaregularbasis.
Requirements:
•ThispositionrequiresskillsassociatedwithanMBAoranequivalentdegreeintechnicalengineeringorcommercial,with10years’experienceinsalesmarketingandminimum5years’managementexperience
•MBA或技术背景/商务背景硕士学位,10年以上销售领域工作经验,5年以上团队管理经验
•Astrongtechnicalbackground,goodbusinessjudgment,completeunderstandingofthecompanybusinessesisindispensable.
具备优秀的技术背景,市场判断能力,充分理解公司业务模式和情况
•Fundamentalistheabilitytogetalongwithpeopleatalllevelsofresponsibility
能够与各个层级的人员良好的沟通和相处
Responsibility:
