助理服务经理AssistantServicesManager上海惠灵顿外籍人员子女学校上海惠灵顿外籍人员子女学校职责描述:
1.Supervisesbusservicesandgeneraladministration.
2.Plan,organiseandmanagetheoutsourcedbusteamtoensurethattheworkisaccomplishedinamannerconsistentwiththeCollege’srequirements.
3.Serveascontactpersonsforalltransportationrelatedmatters.
4.Collaboratewithotherstaffmembersinordertoformulateandimplementpolicies,procedures,goalsandobjectives
5.Monitoroperationsofthetransportationtoensurethatstaffmemberscomplywithadministrativepoliciesandprocedures,safetyrulesandgovernmentregulations.
6.Promotesafeworkactivitiesbyconductingsafetyaudits,attendingsafetymeetingsandmeetingwithteam
7.Supportwithinvestigationtodeterminecausesoftransportationaccidentsandensuresafetyproceduresareimproved.
8.Analyseexpendituresandotherfinancialinformationinordertodevelopplans,policiesandbudgetsforimprovingtransportationservices.
9.Conducttrainingsessionsonsubjectssuchassafety,busregistrationsystemandCollege’sexpectations
10.LiaisewiththeSeniorFacilityandOperationsManager,BursarandHeadmasterandthewiderteaminaneffectiveandefficientmanner,keepingthemabreastofon-goingissues,workprioritiesandprogress
11.Organisationoftransportationservices
•Coordinatedailyprocessesandprocedurestomeetaddressrequestsfromstaff,pupilsandtheirparents
•Developandmonitormechanismsforprioritisingandmanagingtransportationservicesrequestspro-activelyandinatimely,well-communicatedmanner
•CoordinatetheHelpDeskstaffincludingmanagementofworkpriorities,standardsandroster
12.Servicelevelagreement
•Fosteracultureofproactivity,responsivenessandserviceorientation
•Provideinformation,adviceandassistancetokeystakeholders
•Maintainhighlevelcommunicationacrossallnon-academicfunctionswithinthesettingensuringthecommunityiskeptabreastofdevelopmentsinthevariousdepartmentsandtheirimpactonstaff,pupilsandparents.Managetheresponsivenessoftheteam,prioritisingandprocessingofwalk-in,phoneandticketrequestsinatimelyandefficientmanner
•DocumentandmaintainvisibilityofvendorsmeetingtheirSLAagreements
•Providemonthlyreportsasrequirede.g.:incidents,feedback,analysisetc.
13.OtherdutiesasassignedbytheSeniorFacilityandOperationsManagerorBursar
14.ActivelyparticipateinanyrelatedtrainingheldbytheCollege
任职要求:
1.Education:Bachelor’sdegree,Projectmanagementorrelatedsubject
2.Language:FluentwrittenandspokenEnglish
3.WorkingExperience:3-6yearsprojectmanagementandcustomerserviceexperience,ideallyinacontextthatincludesinternationalstaff
4.ManagementExperience:Experienceofmanagementofteamsisrequired
5.Experienceofworkinginaneducationalsettingpreferred
6.Aminimumoffiveyears’postqualificationexperience
7.FluencyinEnglishandChinese
8.Strongabilityinprojectmanagement
9.Commitmenttodemocraticgovernanceandcollaborative,data-baseddecision-making
10.Rigorousapproachtoproblem-solving
11.Abilitytodeliverexcellentserviceatalltimes
12.Theabilitytoprioritiseworkloadandmeetdeadlines
