AreaSalesManager区域销售经理岗位职责

MainPurpose:

1.Managethebusinessexpansioninresponsibleterritoryaccordingtothenationalbusinessdevelopmentstrategy

2.Workwithproductteamtoinitialtheseasonalsell-instrategyandexecuteitinthecustomersellingsection

3.Developthebusinessplantohelpcustomerstoachievethesalestargetforsell-inandsell-out

4.Monitorthemovementofkeycompetitorsinthemarketandtakeactions

5.Trainandcoachtheshopstaff,ensurecorrectdeliveryofClarksbrand(POS,VM,etc)

CoreAccountabilities:

1.Executingsellinprocesstocollectforwardorder,drivingselloutthruretailmarketing&trainingandincentiveprogram

2.ResponsibleforrepresentingtheBrandandfollowingcompanypolicyinaprofessionalmanneratalltimes

3.Workcloselywithinternaloperationandproductteamtoensuretimelyshipmentandpaymentofcustomers’order

4.Coordinatorwithretailteamonstoreopeningprocess,bridgebetweenClarksandthecustomersandfranchiseetoensurethisprocessisfollowedconsistently.

5.Providetraining,supervisionandtrackperformanceofeachshopintheresponsiblearea.

6.Toensurethatallweekly,monthlyandquarterlyreportsarecollectedintimefromthecustomersandprovideanalysisasrequired.

7.PayregularvisitstoallClarksshopsaccordingtothevisitingcalendar,andworkwithRetailDept.onVM,retaildevelopmenttraining,etc.

8.Bethecentralpointofcontactinterritorybetweenthecustomersandinternalfunctionteam,suchasRSH,Retail,Product,MarketingandFinance,todelivertimelymessagesbetweeneachother.
