BusinessRepresentative销售代表岗位职责

BASICPURPOSEOFTHISPOSITION:

Thiswillincludeimplementingthesalesplandesignedtoachieveestablishedsalesandfinancialgoals;callingonprospectiveandcurrentcompanycustomers;involvingtechnicalpersonneltoresolvecustomers’issuesandproblemsasneeded;mayparticipateintheestablishmentofsalestargetsanddesignoftheterritory’ssalesplan;andcontrollingsalesexpenses.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

Theincumbentwillalsoberesponsiblefor,butnotlimitedtothefollowingduties:

-Normallyreceivesnoinstructiononroutinework;generalinstructionsonnewassignments

-Followsstandardpracticesandproceduresinanalyzingsituationsordatafromwhichanswerscanbereadilyobtained

-Achievesthesalestargetforresponsiblearea

-Developsandexplorebusinessopportunitiesindifferentmarketsegmentintheterritory

-Developsrelationshipswithkeyaccountsandgeneralcustomers

-Attendsseminars,exhibitionsanddemonstrationsbycloseworkwithmarketingteamwithintheterritoryinordertopromotecompany’sbusiness

-Callsonprospectiveandcurrentcompanycustomers

-Involvestechnicalpersonneltoresolvecustomers'issuesandproblemsasneeded

-Worksreliablywithteammembertoresolveproblemsandachievegoals

-Providesqualityassuranceforadherencetotechnicalstandards

-Adherestopoliciesandprocedures

EDUCATION&SKILLS:

-Auniversitygraduateinscienceandpreferablyinmedicallaboratorytechnology

-AbletoreadandwriteEnglish

-Goodcomputerskills

WORKINGEXPERIENCE:

-Aminimumoftwoyears’experienceinsellingisaplus

-Previousexperienceindiagnosticindustryispreferred
