Focusontheeffectivecommunicationwithclients.Providedrawingsuponsecuringacontract/ordertheincumbent.Mayberequiredtooperateindependently,oraspartofaprojectteamtodevelopprocessdiagrams,layout,manufacturingskid,ducting,instrumentlocation,pipingdrawings,aswellasotherdocument’sfortheproject.

职责描述:

•General

-DrivecooperativelywiththeteamofengineersandtechnicalstaffintheBusinessUnitinthepreparationofquotationsandexecutionofprojectsasandwhenrequired.

-Preparedetaileddesignsfromsketchesorspecificationsunderthedirectionofengineers.

-Scheduleandcontrolownworkflowtomeetdeadlinecommitments.

-WorkcooperativelywithstafffromotherBusinessunitswithinthecompany.

-Highproficiencyin3Dsoftwareprogram,preferableAutodeskInventorXXXX年.

-KnowledgeaboutworkingwithAutodeskVaultorVaultProXXXX年

-ProficiencyinAutoCADmechanical

-Knowledgeaboutspraydryerindairy/food/chemical:Layoutarrangement,instrumentlocation,ductingandpipingdesign.

•Administration

-Maintainappropriaterecordsincludingcomprehensivecallreports.

-Prepareweeklytimesheets,projectreports,sitevisitreport,etc.

-AssistinotherpartsoftheCompany'sbusinessasrequiredtoensureoveralleffectivenessoftheCompany.

•KeyPerformanceIndicators

-Disciplineincurrentdesignposition

-Controlcostsanddeliverablesforproject

-Drivetheeffectivenessofthecapabilities

•TravelRequirements:

-TheEngineerwouldbebasedinourShanghaiOffice.

-Infrequenttravelwillberequired,involvingextendedperiodsonsitesthroughoutChinawhenrequired.

•Qualifications

-Tertiaryqualifications(orBachelordegree)inMechanicalengineeringorotherrelevantdisciplinesarehighlydesirable

•BusinessExperience/PersonalStrengths

-Backgroundexperienceandprocessknowledgeforthedryingandpowderprocessindairy/food/chemicalindustrieswouldalsobehighlydesirable,aswouldstrongcontactsintheseindustrieswhichwouldarisefromthisexposure.

-Demonstrateproblemsolvingcapabilities;Complexityaccordingtoexperience,supervisedbyexperiencedseniorandleadengineers.

-Arecordofsuccessfuldesignwithatleast2yearexperienceintheindustry.

-Goodoral,writtenandpresentationskillswouldbedesirable.FluentinEnglish,spokenandwritten.

-Thisrolemayrequiretheengineertoworkonprojectsalone.

-Bewillingtolearnnewknowledge.

-Beinnovativeinfindingthebestsolutionsforownwork.
