CentralpointofcontactforallinboundrequestsrelatedtosourcingofChinasourceDSproductsfromChineseSuppliers.
Coordinatesupplierauditswithinternalandexternalresources,i.e.SupplyChain,Sustainability,Legal
CreateandManageacentraldatabaseofsuppliersandworkwiththeOmyasalesorganizationtofilltheneedsinthemostefficientway.
Ensurenosinglecontactrelationshipwithsuppliers/principals(compliance)
Bridgeculturalandlanguagebarriers
OrganizeandcoordinateallactivitiesforallOmyarepresentatives(inclJV,ormandated3rdparties)withChinarelatedtoOmyadistributionincludingprincipalmeetings,exhibitions,conferences,summits,etc.
Bringpriceadvantagesfrombundlingofrequirementsacrossgeographies.
PresentOmyaasaglobalplayertoexistingandpotentialsuppliers.
Requirement:
ChemistrydegreeBusinessdegreeaplus.Morethan8yearworkexperienceworkingwithandmanagingprincipals.

VerygoodcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish
StrongnegotiationSkillsChinaSourcingexperiencerequired.
