SUMMARY

Fullyinchargeofcorporateglobalautomotiveoperation.Responsiblefortheestablishmentoftheoperationsystem,qualitysystem,procurementandsupplysystemofourglobalautomotiveproducts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Establishautomotiveoperationsystem,qualitysystem,procurementandsupplysysteminlocalsubsidiaries.

2.WorkwithcorporateCEOandCTOtonegotiate,discussanddevelopautomotivebusinesswithglobaltier1suppliers.

3.Developautomotiveoperationplanandcommitontimedeliverytocustomers.

4.Directandcoordinateplantoperationswithincompanypoliciesandprocedures.

5.Workwithtechnicalteamtodevelopautomotiveproducts,phaseinvolumeproduction.

6.Responsiblefortheplanningandgradualintroductionofadvancedproductionmanagementsystemsandconceptsintheautomotiveindustry,suchasautomatedproduction,MESsystems,andleanproduction.

7.Responsibleforautomotiveproductqualitycontrol.

KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLREQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelordegreeorabove.

2.Automotiveindustryinsider.

3.Morethan7yearsofmanagementexperienceinoneormoredepartmentssuchasproduction,qualityandsupplyofautomotiveindustry,workexperienceintier1suppliersispreferred.

4.GoodatbothEnglishandChinese,canbeusedasworkinglanguage(writtenandspoken)

WORKLOCATION

1.ThispositionisbasedinChinawithglobaltravelling.

2.AtleaststayinHeadquartersinXi'anfor6monthsperyear.
