SalesDirector(建材市政项目)岗位职责:

DevelopandimplementstrategieseffectiveforachievingsalesandmarketingobjectivesProvidecoachingandcounselingtosalesandmarketingstafftoaidtheminachievingjobexpectationsSetandenforcesalespoliciesandproceduresnecessaryforconductingsalesandmarketingoperationsensureERPsystemsufficientlyutilized.OverseetheinterviewinghiringandtrainingofsalesandmarketingrecruitsPlanandcoordinatecampaignsactivitiesforthemarketingandsalesofproductsservicesDevelopannualsalesbudgetsandensuretargetismet;Provideregularforecastofsalesanddemandssupportsupplychainforecastandplanning.

•UniversitydegreefromDrainage,Civilengineering,Architecture,

•Workexperienceintheconstructionorbuildingindustrywithprojecttypeofbusiness.

•Experienceinmanaginganddirectingasizablesalesteam>3years,

•Resultdrivenwithpassion,agileintakingactionsorcountermeasurewhenthereisopportunityordeviation,withprovenrecord.

•Communicative,interestedinpeople,andexcellentinterpersonalskills,goodatcommunicatingatdifferentlevels.

•Astrongteamleaderandteamplayer,whocanbuildtrustandenergyinteam,withintegrityandauthenticity.

•Skillednegotiator,problemsolver.

•Apersonwhoiswillingtodofrequenttravels.

•FluentEnglishspeaking;SkilledinMSofficetools
