•Implementstandardizedworkflowandcontinuousimprovement

•Betheengineeringteammemberregardingtheassignednewprojectandprovidenecessarysupportfromproduction

•WorkwithProject/DesignEngineeringteamtovalidatethemanufacturingprocessbeforemassproduction

•ToensureallthemanufacturingdocumentsisfullycomplianttotherequiredcriteriaandsuggesttoProject/DesignEngineerforcontinuousdesignorprocessimprovement,includingWorkInstructions,In-processControlPlan,etc.;

•Beresponsibletosolvetheproductionabnormalcaseintimeonline,toimprovetheproductivityyield;

•Dealwiththetooling/fixturedesigninmassproductionandprovideengineeringsupporttocalibrationoftheequipment/tooling/fixtureonmaintenance;

•Responsibleforergonomicsandautomationupgradingprojects,torealizehighefficientandsustainablemanufacturingsystem

•DraftandimplementtheStandardWork,OBCandProcessFlow,tocontinuousimprovetheLeansysteminproductiononaday-to-daybase

•Providetheprocessoperationtrainingtoalltheoperatorsandmonitoringtheactualperformance;

•Engineeringsupportincost-reductionprogramfromproductionstandpoint;

•TaketheleadindailyKaizenprojectinproductionregardingengineeringarea;

•Aimingatqualityproblemintheproductionprocesswereanalyzed,andputforwardtheimprovementmeasuresandsolutions

•Implementqualitysystemrequirements,instrictaccordancewiththequalityassuranceproceduresdocumentationrelatedtoproductprocessqualityassurancefilesandassistqcdepartmenttodothequalitycontrolofrelatedproducts

•ImplementJSAandESP,5Sforthewholeprocessandtheirimprovement.

•Leadthedeliveryofthetemporarywork.

Qualification:

•Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinmechanical,ElectronicsandAutomationorrelateddiscipline;

•Above3yearsexperienceinanengineerpositioninanindustrial/manufacturingenvironmentasMEorPE;VerygoodexpertiseinLeanmanufacturingSystem(Standardwork,Continueflow,Errorproving,Pullsystem,etc.),hasexperienceinbreakerorSGmanufacturingispreferred;

•Positiveandresult-oriented,creative,analytical,capacitytoworkindependentlyunderpressure,butstillinateamspirit,abilitytointerpretandcommunicatetechnicalprocessesofhighcomplexity,familiarwithOffice&Auto-CAD.HavecertainEnglishabilityinlistening,speaking,readingandwriting.
