控制咨询顾问岗位职责

高级咨询顾问-财务、控制及资本项目鉴证-审计鉴证服务德勤德勤企业咨询(上海)有限公司深圳分公司,德勤Workyou'lldo:

•Performin-depthassessment,bothquantitativeandqualitative,onclients'financestrategyandoperatingmodeltoidentifydelivery/expectationgapssoastohelpclientsinredefiningtherolesandvaluesoftheirfinancefunctions;

•Conductprocesswalkthrough,preparediscoveryandsolutionworkshopsanddraftingupthefinanceimprovementplanandroadmaptohelpclientstostrategizeandimprovetheirfinanceoperations,includingbutnotlimitedtothedesignoffinanceorganizations,processes,dataandsystems;

•Assistclientstodraftpolicymanual,redesignprocesses,developbudgetmodel,rationalizemanagementreports,conducttrainingandotheractivitiestohelpclientstoimplementtheimprovementactions

•AssistclientstoassesstheIPOreadinessoftheiraccounting,financefunctionandinternalcontrolsagainstrelevantlistingrulesandprovidepracticalimprovementrecommendations;

•Assistclientstoprepare,analyzeandaccountforsignificantmerger,acquisitionanddivesturetransactions,includingbutnotlimitedcarvingoutbusinessunitsforspin-off,integratingfinancefunctionsafteramerger,etc.;

•Produceahighqualityworkproductandcollaboratewithothersacrossphasesoftheprojectlifecycletodeliverasuperiorclientexperience;

•Manageownworkinanethicalmannerwithacontinuousattentiontoqualityandriskrules,andconfidentiality;

•Assistonthepreparationofproposalanddraftingofthereport;and

•Stayabreastofindustrytrends,newregulationsandfinancialreportingrequirementsthatmayhaveanimpactonourclients.

Requirement:

•Bachelor’s/Master’sdegreeofanydisciplines,butadegreeinFinance,Accountingorrelatedsubjectsispreferred;

•Professionalaccountingqualification(e.g.HKICPA,CICPA,AICPA,CIMA,etc.)ispreferred,butwouldalsoconsidercandidatewithstrongclientdeliveryexperience;

•Atleastthreeyears’experienceindeliveringprofessionalservicesasanauditoroffinancialstatementsoraconsultantdeliveringfinancetransformationprograms,financialoperationsimprovement,and/orfinancialsoftwareimplementations;

•Experiencewithanaudit/advisory/consultingpracticeofaBig4accountingfirmoraBig3consultancyispreferred;

•PreferablywithexperiencesinIPOand/orsignificantmerger,acquisitionordivestituretransactions;

•Stronganalyticalandinterpersonalskills,withacommitmenttoprofessionalandclientservicesexcellence;

•Knowledgeofindustrytrends,developmentandavailabilityofnewtechnologiesandtoolsinfinance;

•Beateamplayerandbeabletoworkwellwithindividualsfromacrossdisciplinesaswellasacrossculturesandseniority;

•Strongleadershipandprojectmanagementskills;

•Bepassionateaboutdeliveringthebestsolutiontoourclients;

•BeanexcellentcommunicatorandhavefluencyininbothEnglishandMandarinChinese,includingbothtechnicalandbusinesswriting,documentationandpresentationskills;

•ProficientinMicrosoftWord,ExcelandPowerPoint;and

•Willingtotravel.
