ThepurposeofTranslationDepartmentistoprovidehighqualitytranslationservicetofulfillfirmbusinessneedsandtoincreaseworkingefficiency/productivitythroughlanguagesolutionsinthe13directofficesinChina,JapanandUnitedStatesandmorethan17allianceofficesglobally,andkeepsamehighstandardlanguagesupporttoourinternalclienttopropelthefastgrowingbusinessglobally

Responsibilities:

1.Buildstrongpartnership/workingrelationshipwithlocalandglobalseniorpartnerstodeveloptranslationprocessandsystem,improveoverallcustomersatisfaction.

2.Inchargeofassignedtranslationprojectbyhighquality.

3.Managetheoutsourcingandsupplierquality,launchtheTRADOSsysteminmultiregionaloffices.

Requirements:

1.Minimumof5yearsofrelatedexperienceontranslation.

2.Expertskillonmulticulturalcommunicationideallyhasoverseaworkingexperience.

3.Familiarwiththelegaltranslationpractice,legaleducation/trainingbackgroundispreferred.

4.Abilitytoaddvaluestothebusinessthoroughinnovativeapproaches,formulatingtranslationstrategiesthatmatchandcontributepositivelytothebusinessrequirements.

5.Abilitytocomprehend/analyzesthecomplexbusinessrequirementsandutilizecombinedtranslationresourcestoprovidetotalsolutions,quickresponsetotheurgent/sensitivebusinessrequestanddriverelatedparallelfunctionteamforeffectivesolutions.

6.Provenservice-mindedandstrongcustomerservicefocus,flexibleandopentonewwaysofdoingbusiness.
