Experienceandqualifications

1)DegreeholderinFinance,RiskManagement,Accountingoranyotherbusinessrelateddiscipline

2)ForAnalyst,1-2yearsworkingoradvisoryexperiences;ForAssistantManager,atleast2-3yearsexperienceinprofessionalservicesadvisoryorbankingrelatedindustry.Experiencesinareaofaudit,riskmanagement,internalcontrolinrelationtothebankingsectorispreferred

3)GoodunderstandingonNPLtransaction,corporaterecoveryorrestructuringexperienceisaplus

4)HaveindepthknowledgeandunderstandingofthecurrentkeyeconomicandfinancialissuesandbusinessrisksinChina

5)Stronganalyticalandproblemsolvingskillswithhighcommitmenttoqualityclientservice

6)Goodcommunicationandpresentationskills,goodteamplayerandwillingnesstoworkunderpressure

7)Aself-motivatedteamplayerwithstrongcommunicationandanalyticalskills
