Responsibilities:

•ProvideSubjectMatterExpert(SME)inputintotheStandardOperatingProcedures(SOPs)

•CollectandvalidateSMEinputfromtheirfunctionorlocation

•ValidateRACImatrixandprocesseswithstakeholdersasrequired

•Rolloutprocessesandsystemchangestotheirfunctionorlocation

•Provideongoingsupporttoteammembersanddriveprocessandsystemcomplianceintheirfunctionorlocationthroughfeedbackandtracking

•Feedbacksuggestionsandjustificationforprocessimprovementsfortheirfunctionorlocation

Requirements:

•DegreeoraboveinBusiness,OperationalManagementorrelateddisciplines

•Atleast6years’relevantexperienceinmulti-nationalcompany–preferablyinMerchandisingfield

•Understandingofthesourcingbusiness

•Experienceinimplementingprocessandsystemchanges

•Abletoworkwithvariouspartiesacrossalllevelsandundertightschedule

•Excellentinterpersonal,communicationandpresentationskills

•Goodproblemsolvingandanalyticalskills
