1.Universitydegree,majorinEngineering;Mechanicalorrelatedfield

2.Relativeexperienceofengineeringchangemanagement.

3.Relativeproductcertificateexperience,eg.3C,Emark,andqualityknowledge,eg.ISO9001/TS16949.

4.GoodEnglishcommunicationskills

5.GoodatMicrosoftOffice,AutoCAD.Goodprojectmanagement

6.Familiarwiththemechanicalprinciple,electricalandpneumaticcontrol.

7.Over3yearsengineeringexperienceonmachine&equipmentmanagement

8.Strongunderstandinginjectionmoldingmachine&metalizingmachinemaintenancewillbegivenpriority.

Responsibility:

1.Repairmachineryandfacility

2.Preventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceforthemachineryandfacility

3.Respondtoanysubstancecontingencyinthearea

4.Recordingactivitiesinthelogbookforfollow-up

5.Completecontinuousimprovementplanofmachine,fixtures,gripperandfacility

6.Reducedown-timeattributedtomachineryset-upandfailure

7.Providesupporttotheproductionareas

8.Plan,coachtechnicianstomaintainmachineandequipment

9.Complywiththetrainingandcertificationprograms

10.Installationandcommissioningnewequipment,toolingandfacility

11.Movethemachineorfixturesintheplant,grippermanufacture

12.Monitorsubordinates(technicians)tofollowuptheCompanyregulationtopreventanyinjury
