ThisroleistoleadSS&COEC&BteamtoprovidetheC&BCOE,HRoperation,MobilityservicesandHRIStoHRBP,BizHeadandallemployeesunderthescopeofChina.
KeyResponsibilities/Duties&Responsibilities
C&B
AsubjectexpertintheCompensation&BenefitsfieldwhoisabletoprovideadvicetoChinaLeadershipManagementandBusinessUnitHead.
Designandimplementtheorganization'scompensationandbenefitprogramsandactivitiestomeettheorganization'sobjectiveswithregardstointernalequityandexternalmarketcompetitiveness.Programsmayinclude:jobevaluation/classification,salaryadjustment,short-term,long-termandsalesincentiveplans,employeebenefits,workerscompensation,salarypackaging,retirement,pension.
Analyzeandevaluateexternalmarketdataaswellasinternaldataabouttheorganization'scurrentemployeepopulationandfuturehumanresourceneedsinordertodevelopsalarybudgetsandforecaststhatareconsistentwiththeorganization'srewardstrategy.
Select,andmanageongoingrelationshipswith,externalconsultantsandsuppliers(e.g.,insurancecarriers,actuaries,benefitproviders)toensuretheorganizationreceivessatisfactorystandardsofservice.
Lead,direct,evaluateanddevelopateamofcompensationandbenefitsprofessionalstoensuretheorganization'srewardstrategyisimplementedeffectivelyandwithinestablishedbudgetsandtheorganizationcomplieswithallrelevantregulations,lawsandemploymentstandards.
Mobility
DesignandimplementtheChinainternalMobilitypoliciessothatthatallemployeescanfind,send,receive,andunderstandinformationthatistimely,accurate,clear,credibleandrelevant.
HRIS
LeadC&BteamandHRISkeyuserstoensuretheHRISsystemwellused.
HROperation
LeadC&BteamtoensureallChinastaff’slifecycleofoperationworkarewellmanaged.Suchasoffering,on-boarding,contract,probation,payroll,p-fileandoff-board,etc.
ProvideconsultationtoHRBPsonemployeerelationsissues,suchasemploymenttermination.
Others
SupportotherHRfunctions–staffing,L&Donprojectbasisasrequired.
JobSpecifications
Bachelor'sdegreeandabove.
8+yearsHR/C&BexperiencesinMNCCompany,andminimum3yearsinC&Bmanagementroles.
GoodwrittenandspokenEnglishandMandarincapabilitiesaremust.
Goodcommunicationskillsandleadership.
