AftermarketSalesManager,ChinaPositionScope:
Thisroleinvolvesdevelopingservicebusinessacrossallproductswhilstensuringtheretentionoftheexistingclientbase.Thekeyobjectiveistoachievethesalesrevenueandgrowthtargetwithinthedesignatedterritory,group(s)ofaccountsandspecificsegmentofrevenuestream.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Expectedtomeetorexceedannualoperationplan(AOP)onaquarterlyandannuallyperformancemeasurementandtobeabletoforecastandmanagesalesperformanceaccurately.
2.Managingtheentireserviceplansalesprocess,establishingpartnershipsandcreatingvalueforcustomers.
3.Managingresources(e.g.:consumablesalesteam,contractsalesteamandservicesalesoperationteam)tomanagetheplanproductmix,upgradesandpricingtoagreedtargets.
4.WorkandcollaboratecloselywiththeFieldServiceleadersandtheirteamtodevelopcustomersaccountstrategiesanddelivervalue-addedservicecommitmentstoourcustomersjointly.
5.Managecompleteportfolioofwarrantyandcontractopportunities,consumablesalesandotherpotentialvalueaddedsolutionswithintheservicesspace,aimedatachievingrevenueandgrowthtargetsforexistingandnewbusiness.
6.SupportandCollaboratewithcommercialpartners(e.g.InstrumentSales,fieldmarketing)totoexecutego-to-marketgrowthprogramandinitiativestogeneratenewsalesleads
Requirements
1.10+yearexperienceinrelatedindustry,atleast2-3yearinapeoplemanagerrole.
2.Strongfieldsalesandaccountmanagementexperiencewithdemonstratedhighproficiencyinnegotiationsanddealclosures.
3.Highlymotivatedindividualwithperseveranceanddrive,plustheabilitytoworkeffectivelyinhigh-pressuresalessituations.
4.Strongcustomerskillsandbeproficientwithmanagingandexecutiononcommercialadministratione.g.quotations,tenders,contracts.
5.KnowledgeandexperiencewithSFDC,/SAP.
