石油化工销售岗位职责

销售经理/大客户经理-石油化工DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualmustbeabletoperformeachessentialdutysatisfactorily.Therequirementslistedbelowarerepresentativeoftheknowledge,skill,and/orabilityrequired.Reasonableaccommodationsmaybemadetoenableindividualswithdisabilitiestoperformtheessentialfunctions.

1.TheprimaryresponsibilityofthisroleisKeyAccountManagementofCNPC.PreparedetailedKeyAccountPlansanddevelopadeepunderstandingoftheseorganizationsandtheirconcerns/requirementssurroundinginstrumentationproducts.

2.Identifyaproductdevelopmentstrategytoaddresstheconcerns/requirementsofkeycustomers,anddrivethesedevelopmentplansthroughtheNorgrenorganization,backingthemupwithwell-justifiedbusinesscases.

3.AchievingtheannualorderandsalesbudgetforCNPCandDevelopingtheexistingandpotentialKeyAccountsbasetomaximizeorderintakeandsalesforproductsfromCNPC;

4.Providingtechnical/engineeringadviceonproductstodesigninstitutesandend-userssothatourproductsarespecifiedoncustomers'preferredvendorlist;

5.Providingaregularflowofinformationtothecompanytoaidproductandmarketdevelopment;

6.LaunchnewNorgrenproductsintotheselectedaccountsinCNPC.

7.Assistingwithtradeshows,exhibitionsandseminarswherethecompanyorproductispresentedandprovideprofessionalpresentationorproductdemonstrationstocustomers;

8.Assistingwithregularbusinessforecastingandannualbudgeting;

9.FormulatingstrategiesandrecommendationsforthedevelopmentofkeyOCGaccountsandmarkets;

10.Submittingregularsalesreportsonmarkettrendsanddemands,Competition,newproductapplications,newbusinessopportunities,etc

11.Actinamannerconsistentwiththescopeandprinciplesofallcompanypolicies,codesofconductandcorevalues

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.BachelordegreeoraboveinChemicalengineeringorProcessControl/InstrumentationorMechanicalEngineeringorrelatedfields;

2.Atleast6yearsofsalesexperienceinsellingprocesssolenoid/pneumaticvalvesorpumpsorotherflowcontrolequipmentsinthefieldofoil/gas,petrochemical,chemicalorotherprocessindustries.Aminimumof3yearsprovenexperiencewithinkeyaccountmanagementroleinaninternationalcompanyisprefered;

3.Goodcontactwiththosemajordesigninstitutesandend-usersofCNPC,orSINOPEC,CNOOC,SINOCHEMisamust.

4.ProventrackrecordsinabovementionedKeyAccountsProjectshandlingfromearlyprojectinformationcollectingtothecontractnegotiationandcontractexecution.

5.Hasgoodbusinessacumenandcommercialskills.Strongabilityinkeyaccountrelationsbuild-upandmaintenance,goodinsighttomarketandprojectstatus,coordination,problemanalysisandsolvingaswellashighworkingefficiency.

6.Goodoccupationalmoralityanddevotiontojob;

7.Goodcomputerskills,MSOfficeproficiencyrequired;

8.GoodcommandofEnglish,bothoralandwriting;

9.Bewillingtotravelaroundfrequently.
