Thispositionisresponsiblefordevelopingtechnicalsolutions(withindependentproblemjudgment,processevaluation,productselection/applicationandadaptationofcompanytechnicalknow-how);performingprocessdatasheetandsupplyprocessdatasheettoEngineeringdepartmentfordetaildesign,preparingtechnicaldocumentationrequiredwithinthecompany;coordinatingwithAPTandSalesandprovidingtechnicalsupportinbusinessactivities;interfacingwithcustomersifrequiredandmonitoringprogressofprojectsetc.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

•Performprocesssimulationevaluation,carryingouthydraulicsdesignforcolumns

•Developadvancedseparationsolutionandtechnicalproposalbasedoncustomerneedsandspecifications

•CoordinatewithAPT/Salestointerfacewithcustomerseitherformarketingortechnicalclarification,andmonitorprogressofprojects

•FormulateProcessGuarantee&gothroughinternaltechnicalriskreview

•SupplyingrespectiveprocessdatasheettoEngineeringdepartmentfordetaildesign

•ProvidetechnicalServiceincludingstart-upservice,troubleshootingandplantdataanalysis

•Ensurethatessentialinputdataisavailablefromthepurchaseorderand/orTechnicalappendix

•Ensurethatthecustomerrequirementsareadequatelyconveyedandreflectedinengineering,manufacturingandinstallation

•Establishtechnicalcompetenceandexpertiseincertainapplications

•Ensureenvironmentalfriendlyprocessdesign

•Othertasksassignedbylinemanager

REQUIREDKNOWLEDGEANDEXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

Relatedworkexperience相关工作经验

•3-5Yearsrelatedworkexperience,preferablyinRefineryorEngineeringCompanyfocusedonRefiningtechnology/engineering

Formaleducationorequivalent教育背景

•Bachelorormaster’sDegreeinchemicalengineering

Skills技能

•SIMSCI®Pro-IIorothersimilarprocesssimulator.

•RequiredStrongChemicalEngineeringfundamentalssuchasMass&EnergyBalance,PFD,P&ID,Unitoperations

•Passioninproblemsolvingandsolidanalyticalskill

•CapabilitytodotechnicalsalesbasedonpersonallydevelopedprocessesbasedonSulzerapplicationtechnology

•Capabilitytodevelop/adaptnewprocess
