化工实验室技术员

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

ThelabTechnicianisresponsibleforcarryingoutworkintheAMILaboratoryinaccordancewiththeCompanybusinessobjectivesandpolicies,andunderthedirectionoftheTeamLeader,CCLShanghai.

ThemajorresponsibilitiesandactivitiesofthelabTechnicianare:

1.TocarryoutthemajoranalytictestingmethodsrelatedwithlaminatingglassandPVBsheet,includingFT-IRandGC-MS.

2.Todevelopandmaintainworkingknowledgeofglasslamination.

3.Tocarryoutorassisttheevaluationofinterlayersheetandlaminatepropertiesandperformanceundertheproject/workrequirement.

4.Torecordandreporttheresultsofallworkinaclearandaccuratemanner.

5.Tokeeptheprocessing/evaluationequipmentingoodworkingorderandtoarrangeforregularmaintenanceofthisequipment.

6.ToassisttheTeamLeaderandthefieldTS/ADrepresentativesintrainingprogramsforcustomers,functionalcolleaguesandcontractrepresentatives.

7.TomaintainahighlevelofhousekeepingandtoworkalwaysinaccordancewiththesafeworkingpracticeslaiddownbytheCompany.

8.TohighlightandmakesuggestionstotheTeamLeaderonmattersconcerningpersonalrelationswithinthelaboratory,trainingneedsandjob-relatedproblems.

9.ToassistintheadministrativefunctionsofthelaboratoryasindicatedbytheTeamLeader.

10.DevelopnewtestmethodsforperformancecharacterisationoflaminatedglasswhererequiredworkingcloselytogetherwiththeTeamLeaderandTS/ADreps.

11.Totakeappropriateactionsdeemednecessaryinsituationsnotheretoforeoutlined.

•Ideally3+yearsof“handson”experiencewithinalaboratoryenvironment.TheanalyticskillorexperiencewithFT-IRwillbetheplus.

•AfluencyinEnglish(writtenandspoken)andMandarincombinedwithgoodcommunicationskillswillbeanadvantage.

•Acustomerserviceorientated,flexibleandateamplayermentality.
