GeneralPurpose:
?AccountableforallactivitiesrelatedwithlogisticsoperationinCGEPproject.
?ControltheRTOprojectcostintheprojectimplementationwithinbudget.
?Responsibleforthecommissionalignmentrunningaftertheprojectlaunched.
DIMENSION
?Inventory:>$50MM
?WarehouseArea:>15000M2
PrincipleAccountabilities:
?Ensure100%complianceoncoreoperatingprincipleinalleventduringtheassignedprojectimplementationandlaunchperiod.
?WorkwiththeprojectteamtoensuretheCGEPwarehousedesignundertheexpectation.
?Conducttheregularon-siteaudittoensurethewarehousesetupisconsistenttothedesign.
?Workwith3rdpartysuppliertosetupITplatform,egWMS,CCTVmonitoring,etc.
?Conductthebusinessstudyandcollecttheoperationpracticefrom3rdpartywarehousetodesignSOPfortheoperationinCGEP
?DevelopCGEPlogisticsoperationteamandmanagethetrainingplan’sexecution.
?LeadtheP-FMEAreviewtoevaluatetheoperationriskandsetupthecontingencyplan.
?ControltheRTOprojectcostintheprojectimplementationwithBudget.
?Leadthecommissionrunninginthewarehouseandensurethecommercializationrunsmoothlywiththepropermanagementprocessinplace.
?Resolvetheinternalandexternalconflictinskillduringtheprojectimplementation.
?Regularlysubmittheprojectstatusreporttoindicatetheachievement,concernanddecision
?Submitthepre-alarmsignaltoleadershipteamwhilemeetthebottleneckwithoutresolutionwithinprojectteam.
?Otherjobs/assignments/projectsassignedbytheleader.

?Bachelororabovewithmajorinsupplychain,logisticsoperation.
?APICScertification,and/or5yearswarehouseoperationmanagementexperience.
?BefamiliarwithITdatabase,suchasSAP/WMS/TMS,etc.

?Previousexperiencedirectlyleadingthenewwarehouselaunchproject.
?WellDatasensitiveandofficeSkill.
