机械维修服务岗位职责

高级维修服务工程师-机械罗尔斯罗伊斯商业(北京)有限公司上海分公司罗尔斯罗伊斯商业(北京)有限公司上海分公司关联公司JobPurpose职位目的:

•Responsibleforperformingtheassignedmechanicalworksaccordingtoworksorder,MTUstandardsandgoodengineeringpractice,andtoassistinhandlingtheworkshopactivities

KeyAccountabilities主要职责:

•Carryouttheassignedworkindependentlyonoff-highwayproductsatsitesandintheworkshops

•Performservicingandfunctiontestsontheoff-highwayproductsandcarryoutrepair,maintenance,andadjustmentasrequired.Conductacceptancetestuponcompletionofwork

•Leadateamonrepair/assemblyjobofW5maintenanceorhigherofoff-highwayproductseitherin-houseoratfieldserviceasrequired

•Checkinstallationofoff-highwayproducts,settingtoworkandcommissioningofoff-highwayproductstogetherwithcustomersorcustomerrepresentatives

•Providestatusofworkinhandandpreparetravelreport/servicereportuponcompletionofworksandmaintaintheservicerecord

•Dealwithtechnicalenquiriesfromthecustomersorcolleagueswhetherinthecapacityofhisownknowledgeorbyassistingexpertsinprovidingtheclarification

•Follow-up,registerandkeepup-to-datethecollectionofMTUmaintenance,repairandoperationalmanuals,drawings,etc.ofgeneralororder(project)relatedissues

•Assistinensuringdisciplineandorderintheworkprocessinworkshopandatfield

•Upkeepthecleanlinessofworkplace

•Observethesafetyregulationsofthecompanyandatsites

•Anyotherassignmentfromtimetotime其他工作安排

KeyExperiencesandanyQualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:

•Degree/DiplomaholderinMechanicalEngineeringorsimilar,orpossessequivalentqualifications.Formaleducationcanbecompensatedbyrichskillsgainedthroughpracticalexperience

•Atleast3yearsrelevantworkingexperienceinengine/machineryrepair

•AbletocommunicateorallyinEnglish,abletounderstandEnglishversiontechnicaldocumentsanddrawings,andcanwritereportsinEnglish

•Abletouseofficesoftwares

•Experienceandknowledgeonenginesanditsapplications,includingtheinstallations,operation&maintenance/repair

•Goodunderstandingofrelevantengineering/scientificprinciples

•Goodtoleranceformanagingpressure/stressfulsituations

•Goodcommunication,interpersonalskillsandisagoodteamplayer
