1.Beresponsibleofproductprofitability(productunderdevelopmentandon-going).

2.Beresponsibleofproductdevelopmentbudgetassuringtheobservanceofcosts,expensesandCustomercontribution.

3.Managesproductdevelopmentresourcesinsideownprogramarea.

4.Hastheresponsibilitytoprepareandimplementthe“initiative”forinvestmentapprovalincaseofnewproducts.

5.Intheacquisitionorderactivity,givessupporttoCommercialDepartment(KAM)inpreparinganddiscussingtheofferinfrontofCustomer.

6.SustainstheproposalcomingfromManufacturingaimingimprovingqualityperformances.

7.GuaranteestheengagementwithCustomersintermsofrequirement,timinganddeliverables.

8.ThroughtheProjectLeader,managestheproductdevelopmentactivitiesverifyingmilestonesachievementandtargets(timing,quality,cost).

9.Controlsthecostevolutionandtheextracostinthelaunchphasepayingattentiontocontributionmargins,definingGIRCandefficienciesplanstoachievetheexpectedprofitabilitylevels.

10.Promotesactionstoreducecostonon-goingproducts.

11.Inthedevelopmentphase,assuresthelinkandthecoordinationbetweenR&D,Industrial,QualityandSourcing.

12.Othertasksassignedbythemanager.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelororabove,majorinmechanicalengineeringorrelevant;

2.Min.7yearsworkingexperiences,3yearsatmanagerialrole,autoindustryispreferred;

3.BasicknowledgeofFMEA/SPC/MSA;

4.BefamiliarwithAPQP/PPAP/ISO/TS16949,Practicalexperienceofprogrammanagement;

5.Goodknowledgeofcostcontrolandprofitabilitymanagement;

6.Goodleadershipinproduct&industrializationunderstanding;

7.Goodcommunicationskillbothininternalandexternalcontact;

8.GoodPCskillsespeciallyforMS-Officesoftware;

9.FluentEnglishbothinoralandwritten;
