•Collects,analyses,andinterpretsproductiondatatodriveperformanceandfact-baseddecisionmaking.

•Directintrainingonleantools,analysis,rootcauseproblemsolving,andstructuringofimplementationplanningrequirementsforalloperational

•DirectandfacilitatetheongoingleanimprovementprocessthroughtheuseoftechniquessuchasKaizen,5’s,TPM,Kanban,PolicyDeployment,etc.

•Coaches,mentors,andguidesfacilityleadershiptodrivedailyperformanceoftransformationeffort

•Teachotherstoleadimprovementefforts,includingtrainingoneffectivetoolsforsuccessfulprojectleadership

•Trains,coachesandmotivatespersonnelintheunderstandingandadoptionofnewprinciplesandtechniques

•Trainandleadcross-functionalcontinuousimprovementteams;focusonmeasurablequality,serviceandcostimprovements;mentorgreenbelts.

•Identifyongoingleanimprovementtrainingneedsandassistwithdevelopingandimplementingsolutionstotheseissues.

•Establishmetricstomonitorfinancialsavingsascomparedtoestablishedgoalsandtargets

•Assistinsettingannualoperationaltargetsandhelpdriveimprovementstoachievethosegoals.

•Identifiesandschedulestransformationdeliverables,milestones,andrequiredtasks

•Facilitatetheselection,scope,andplanningofspecificimprovementsthatyieldzeroaccidents,defectfreeproductscapableofpassingfieldtesting,ondemandandontimedelivery,atthelowestcost.

Qualification

•BS,BAorsimilardegreewithanemphasisinmanufacturing,orequivalentisdesired

•SixSigmaexperienceisaplus

•Minimumof5yearsrelatedexperienceincontinuousimprovementpreferred

•FullworkingknowledgeofLeanConceptswithdemonstratedsuccess
