Conductthetechniciancrosstrainingandthenewcomer-intechniciantraining
ConductthePMtrainingandcertificationforoperators.
Developsinitiatesandmonitorsdepartmentalbudget,forecasts,SOP’S,ISOandTPM-5Ssystemfordepartment.
Equipmentdowntimeanalysisandimprovement.
Support&initiateshopfloorequipment&toolsimprovement

Education:CollegedegreeinMechanicalorrelatedengineering;
