机械维修工程师机械维修技术员岗位职责:

协助机械维修主管组建维修团队,实现工厂的愿景。

ŸDuringprojectphase,supportprojectteaminequipmentconstruction,commissioningjob,forexample,constructionqualityinspection,vendorworkshopinspectionandFactoryAcceptanceTest.

在项目施工阶段,协助项目团队完成设备安装,试车的工作。如设备安装质量的检查,设备制造商厂内检查和验收。

ŸDuringprojectphase,supportmechanicalsupervisorcompletetheD1Rplan.Forexample,developtheequipmentmaintenanceprocedure,mechanicaltechniciantrainingmaterialandcollectSAPmasterdata.

在项目阶段,协助机械主管完成D1R的计划任务。如,编写设备维修程序、机械技师的培训材料、整理录入SAP主数据。

ŸDuringplantnormaloperationphase,completeplantdaytodayrepairmaintenancejobassignedbySAPworkorder.UploadtherepairrecordtoSAPPMSystem.

在工厂正常运行阶段,依照SAP工单的安排,完成每天设备维护维修的工作。在SAP系统中做好维修记录。

工厂停工阶段,按照停工检修计划完成大修工作。

协助机械维修主管管理维修间,保证维修间内的设备和工具完好备用,做好维修间内的清洁卫生工作。

任职资格:

ŸAtleast10+yearsmaintenanceworkingexperienceinachemicalplantorpetrochemicalplant.

至少10年以上化工厂及石化厂机械维修经验。

ŸFamiliarwiththetroubleshootingandmaintenanceofreactorswithagitator.Astherepairingleader,leadtherepairteamtorepairtheagitator,gearboxandreactor

熟悉带搅拌的反应器的故障判断和维修,担任过反应器搅拌的主修,带领维修小组完成搅拌、齿轮箱和反应器的检修

熟悉切粒机的故障判断和维修,担任过切粒机的主修,带领维修小组完成切粒机的检修

熟悉离心式压缩机故障判断及维修。担任过离心式压缩机主修,带领维修小组完成离心式压缩机拆修。

ŸFamiliarwiththerotatingequipmenttroubleshootingandmaintenance,suchasAPIpumps,cannedpump,highspeedpump,gearpump,screwfeeder,diaphragmpump,rootsblower;familiarwithstaticsequipmentinspectionprocedureandrepairprocedure,suchaspressurevessel,tubularheatexchangerandpressurepipelineinspection,stopleakonline,pipingandvalveinstallationandrepair.

熟悉转动设备的维修及故障处理,例如API泵、屏蔽泵、高速泵、齿轮泵、螺杆喂料机、隔膜泵、罗茨风机等;熟悉静设备检查规范和修理方法,例如压力容器、管壳式换热器检修、带压堵漏,管道和阀门的安装维修。

有设备维修程序编写经验。例如具有编写屏蔽泵和离心泵维修规程的经验。
