Qualifications:

BachelordegreeinEngineeringpreferredindirectionMechanicalorMechatronics;

10yearsaboveautomotivetier1salesworkingexperience

3yearsexperiencesinsalespeoplemanagementrole;

Abilitytoplanandscheduleformultiplecomplextaskssimultaneously;

Knowverywellautomotiveprojectconceptforseriesproducts;

Strongcommunicationandcoordinationskillwithindifferentculturesandchanges;

Asagoodteamplayerbeabletomotivateemployee;

Workingeffectivelyandaccuratelyundernarrowtimelimitation;

ExcellentEnglishspeaking,listening,writingskill.

应聘者需目前就活跃在汽车行业,倾向于候选人现在就职于tier1公司

同时有跨区域带人工作经验,至少带过2人以上的团队

熟悉大客户合作模式,了解项目流程,善于数据分析,有战略思维
