磨削工程师岗位职责

磨削工艺工程师博马科技(上海)有限责任公司博马科技(上海)有限责任公司,博马职责描述:

1.Developandimprovethegrindingprocessincl.relatedsupportprocesses,definetheprocessspecificationandestimatethepotentialqualityprobleminproductionline.Createprocessdescriptionandtest/inspection/verificationmethods;

2.Self-dependentplanningandperformingofprocessdevelopment,incl.procurementofneededparts,material,fixtureandequipments;try-outinaccordancewithstationavailability;

3.Adviseandassisttheprocurementofequipment,fixture,devicesandtoolswhichmeetcorporateandcustomerqualityandfinancialrequirements,andmonitoringtheperformanceofthemonshopfloor;

4.AssiswiththedevelopmentofprocessdocumentsuchasPFEMA,processflowcharts,controlplanetc.withmanufacturingunitsasrequired;

5.Planandimplementthetrainingprogramforrelevantpersonnel;

6.Beresponsibleforthetroubleshootingandrootcauseanalysiswithsupportofqualityteam,maintenanceteamandtechniqueteam;

7.Beresponsiblefornewproducttransferproject,includeprocessflowdefinition,equipmentpurchasingandacceptance,newsampleproduction;

任职要求:

1.Bachelorormasterdegreeinmechanicalengineering;

2.Chinese,Englishlanguageskills,Germanoptional;

3.Atleast5years’experienceinautomotivebusiness;

4.Grindingexperienceabove3yearsinautomotivebusiness;

5.Analyticalability,honestyandintegrity,willingtolearnnewknowledge;

6.Know-howofprecisiongrindingandQ-tools,suchasDOE,PFEMA,Controlplan.
