4.Musthavegoodsalesskillandmanagementtechnique.
5.Strongbusinessmindandintelligentanalysisonthemarket.
6.Experienceofdailyoperationmanagementintermsofsales&logisticsisplus.
7.GoodcommandofEnglishinbothwritingandoral.
8.GoodcomputerliteracyinEnglishofficeenvironment
Responsibility:
1.ResponsibleforsalesmanagementinNorthChinaregion.Maximizeanddefendexistingbusinessesandmarketshare.
2.Setupbusinessdevelopmentstrategyforshorttermandlongterm.
3.Teambuildingandmanagetoachievesalestargetintheterritory.
4.Directsalesteaminthewinningofnewbusinessesanddefenseofexistingbusinesses.
5.Managedailyoperationintermsofsales,logisticsandothers.
6.Interactandcoordinatewithrelativeteamsformaximumbenefits.
7.Understandcustomers'currentrequirement,futuretrend(commercial,technicalapplication)
8.Marketanalysisincludingcompetitorsandprospect.
9.Supportkeyaccountdevelopmentincooperationwithglobalaccountsteamandothersistercompany.
10.PreparevarioussalesreportsandkeeptheSalesManagerpostedofbusinessprogress.
