制造工艺工程师-焊接/冲压/组装莱尔德管理莱尔德管理(深圳)有限公司,莱尔德管理,莱尔德ResponsibletoprovidescientifictechnicalknowledgeoftheprocessesusedtoproductCompanyproducts.ProvidesunderstandingofthemechanismsatworkintheprocessesthatareusedtoproduceCompanyproductsandservesasasupportpersontoManufacturingEngineeringandthefactory.Providesengineeringeffortstowardscontinuously,improvingsafety,qualityanddeliveryperformanceofaparticularprocessareaprovidestechnicalassistancetointernalcustomersandtroubleshootsinprocessproblemsastheyariseandmakesnecessaryadjustmenttoproducequalityproductsinatimelymanner.

TASKS:

1.Responsibleforthereviewoftheweldingtechnologyofr&dproductsandparts,theformulationofspecificandfeasibleweldingplans,theapplicationofprojectfeasibilityanalysisandprojectapprovaldata,thepreparationofinspectiondocuments,inspectionspecificationsandoperationinstructionsandothertechnicaldocuments;

2.Responsiblefortheimprovementandimprovementoftheweldingprocessofproductsandpartsinproduction,theestablishmentofprocessplansandprocessprocedures,andtheverificationofthereasonableandeffectiveprocessofproducts;

3.Responsiblefordealingwithproductionsitetechnicalandqualityproblems,andanalyzingprocesscapability;

4.Responsibleforhandlingcustomercomplaintsandimprovementofweldingproblems.

REQUIREMENTS:

-PersonalcomputerskillssuchasMICROSOFTOFFICEandrelationaldatabase.

-Excellentcommunicationskills

-AbilitytoworkwellinaTeamenvironment

-Effectivelypresentinformationandrespondtoquestionsfromgroups

-Abilitytoworkunderdirectsupervision

-Abilitytoworkwithclearlydefinedprojectsteps

-Possesssomelimitedknowledgeofnewproductdevelopmentprocessesandworkflow

-PossessaworkingknowledgeofsomeSBUproductlines

-Experienceinparticipatingonmulti-disciplinaryproductdevelopmentteams

-Basicknowledgeofatechnicalarea

Bachelordegreeorabove,knowledgeofelectricalmanufacturing,mechatronics,molddesign,mechanicaldesign,etc.

Atleast5yearsworkingexperienceinweldingprocess.
