生产规划工程师岗位职责

生产规划工程师•Planmethodsformanufacturing,definingappropriatemethodsforworkshopdocumentation(workinstructions,workplan,set-upplan,lay-out)accordingtothecompanypolicy,regulationsandprocedures;

•?Processchangeaccordingtothecompany'sguidelines

•?Requisitionordersforpurchasingorserviceformethodneeds;

•Keepcontactwithexternsuppliersrequestingsamplesofproductsandmaterialsforstudyandexperience,evaluatingandissuingtechnicalreport;

•?Evaluateoperationflow,cycletime,machines,toolsandnecessarymaterialsforcostanalysisforreleasesofnewproducts.Executeandofficializethestudyforeverynewrelease;

•Planandjustifynewinvestmentsformachinesandequipment

•CoordinateprojectsintheareainTeamwork,reducingcosts,improvingqualityandsatisfyingcustomersrequirements;

•Implementactiontopreventoccurrenceofanynonconformitiesrelatingtoproduct,processandqualitysystemthroughappropriatequalitytools;

•Initiate,recommendorprovidesolutionsthroughdesignatedchannels;

•Continuouslycompileswithplantsafety,environmentproceduresandregulationsincludingproperuseofindustrialsafetyequipment

•Planandfollow-upactivitiestoimproveproductivity

•Useofqualitytoolsindailyworks(Poka-Yoke,PDCA,8D-Report)
