•Strategicallyreviewandrefineofflinemarketingchannelcontributionineachmarket,andworkoutthedevelopmentandexecutionactionplan.
•LeadandmanageRegional/CityManagerstoensureutmostpresence,andacquisitionperformanceinkeyareasoffocus.
•Setstandardsforcampaigndevelopment,planning,execution,andoptimizationofofflinemarketingchannelstodriveefficiencyenhancementandMKTratiocontrol.
•Provideongoingtrackingandanalysisofuserbehaviorthroughmarketanalysis,competitiveanalysisandsiteanalyticstoidentifykeyperformancedriversandoperatingmetricsinordertomaximizeROIofofflinechannels.
•Conductanalysistoidentifygrowthopportunities,campaignsuccess,andcontinuallyrefineprocesstoenhancemarketinginitiatives.
•ProactivelycommunicatewithNOD/RODetc.togatherinsightsfrominternalstakeholderswhichwillimprovetargetingeffortsandgeneratesmarterdecisions
•Bravelytestnewandinnovativecampaignstouncoveruntappedacquisitionopportunitiesinofflinemarketing.
•Workcloselywiththecross-functionaldepartments/teams(Marketinginternalteams,Operations,HR,BDetc.)todeliverthealignedbusinessobjectivesinbothshortandlong-term.
•Providemarketingfeedbackandinsighttoseniormanagementonallissuesrelatingtoofflinemarketinginitiatives
•BeresponsibleforthebudgetpreparationandcontrolofChinaofflinepromotionchannels.
•LeadofflinepromotionteamtoachieveKPItargetsthroughdiversifiedofflinechannelsineachmarket
•Strategicallyreviewandrefineofflinemarketingchannelcontributionineachmarket,andworkoutthedevelopmentandexecutionactionplan.
•LeadandmanageRegional/CityManagerstoensureutmostpresence,andacquisitionperformanceinkeyareasoffocus.
•Setstandardsforcampaigndevelopment,planning,execution,andoptimizationofofflinemarketingchannelstodriveefficiencyenhancementandMKTratiocontrol.
