科学仪器岗位职责

客户支持工程师(华东区域)日立分析仪器(上海)有限公司日立分析仪器(上海)有限公司,日立岗位职责:

·负责日立分析仪器分析产品的安装、维护、维修和故障排除工作;

·现场培训最终用户如何正确操作系统、基本的结果分析和系统维护;

·提供系统升级,常规功能检查和及时按照部门预设标准操作程序和政策换发新证;

·确保所有资源如工具和测试设备的分配和良好维护;

·促销服务支持,如服务合同、耗材的销售等;

任职要求:

·机械、电气等技术专业教育背景,3年以上科学仪器行业工作经验;

·能够很好的理解制度光谱仪工作原理,应用程序和设备知识;

·优秀的维修和问题解决的工业分析产品技术能力;

·90%的出差频率,能够独立的主动安排工作;

·良好的沟通和人际交往能力;

·英语良好,精通办公软件;

KeyResponsibilities

·Performinstallations,maintenance,repairandtroubleshootingonHitachiHigh-techIndustrialAnalysisproductline.

·Provideon-sitetrainingstoendusersontheproperoperationofsystems,basicanalyticalresultsandsystemcare.

·Rendersystemupgrades,routinefunctionalitychecks,andrecertificationinaccordancetodepartmentalpre-establishedstandardoperatingproceduresandpolicies.

·Ensurethatallresourcesallocatedi.e.tools,testequipment'saremaintainedingoodcondition.

·Promoteserviceofferings,forexample,Servicecontract,PM,parts/consumablesetc...

Education/Qualifications:

·Technicaldegreeinmechanical,electricalorrelateddiscipline.Morethan3yearsworkingexperienceinthescientificinstrumentationindustry.

·ExcellentunderstandingofOESprinciples,applicationsandequipmentknowledge.

·ProvenstrongtechnicalcompetenciesintherepairandtroubleshootingofOIIAinstruments.

·GoodcommandinwrittenandoralEnglish

·ProficientinMSOfficesoftware

·GoodatPChardwareandsoftwareskills

·Upto90%travel.

·Usedtofollowingbasiclogicalandtechnicalprocessestoresolvetheservicecallswithinshortestpossibletime.

·Mustbeabletoworkindependentlyunderminimumsupervisionandissubjecttoaflexibleworkschedule,whichinvolvestravellingand/orworkingoutsideregularbusinesshourswhennecessary.
