培训项目经历Designinternalbusiness-specifictrainingcourses,beabletoindependentlycraftlecturematerials,conceptualizethelearningmaterials/informationanddeliverthecontentastrainerorfacilitator

-Beinternalconsultanttosupportbusinessanalysisandprojectmanagementandexecution

-Formulatedevelopmentalstrategiesfordevelopingstaff’soverallskillsandestablishdifferenttrainingschemesforalllevelsofemployeesaccordingtothedevelopmentalneedsofthecompany’sbusinessoperation;

-Beco-ordinatorintheinternalODprojectsintermsofreviewingprocessefficiencyandeffectiveness,alsorecommendingoptionsforconsultingdeliverables.

-Leadinthesearchforandselectionofrelevantsolutionprovidersandsuppliers

-Beresponsibleforcollectingandselectingvarioustrainingmaterials,andsetupacompanytrainingdatabase.

-Conductanalysisofthetrainingneedsofallthedepartments,formulatingtheannualtrainingplansandcompilingtheyearlytrainingbudget;

-Providesolutionsofelevatingtheperformancesandexpertiseforallthebusinessdepartmentsandseekappropriatetrainingprogramsinordertosolvetheproblemsfacingthebusinessdepartments;

-Setupdiverselearningchannelsforthestaffandenrichingtheirlearningresources;

-Consistentlyexploretheinternalresourcesofthecompany,developinginternaltrainerteamandsupplyingnecessaryguidesforalldepartments’trainingwork;

-Establishthecompany’scoachingcultureandimprovingthemanagementteam’scoachcapabilities;

-Conductingonjoblearningprogramsfortheemployeesirregularlyandcreatingnecessaryconditionsofonjoblearningforallthestaffs;

-CoordinatewithTCMBtrainingshareserviceteamandintroducingadditionallearningresourcesforthecompany;

-Handlethetraininglogisticsandmanagethebudgetandreporting

-Conductingtraininglogisticworkforalltrainingprograms,suchasvendorapplication,trainingapplication,trainingannouncement,venuearrangement,hotelaccommodation,paymenttrackingandtrainingreimbursementconfirmation;

-Completethemonthly,quarterlyandannualtrainingreport,communicatingwithallthedepartmentsconcerningtraininginformationandkeepingthetrainingdocuments;

-CompleteothertasksassignedbytheLineManager

-CoordinatewithTCMBtrainingshareserviceteamandintroducingadditionallearningresourcesforthecompany;
