Maintainstheworkstructurebyupdatingjobrequirementsandjobdescriptionsforallpositions.

Maintainsorganizationstaffbyestablishingarecruiting,testing,andinterviewingprogram;counselingmanagersoncandidateselection;conductingandanalyzingexitinterviews;recommendingchanges.

Preparesemployeesforassignmentsbyestablishingandconductingorientationandtrainingprograms.

Maintainsapayplanbyconductingperiodicpaysurveys;schedulingandconductingjobevaluations;preparingpaybudgets;monitoringandschedulingindividualpayactions;recommending,planning,andimplementingpaystructurerevisions.

Ensuresplanning,monitoring,andappraisalofemployeeworkresultsbytrainingmanagerstocoachanddisciplineemployees;schedulingmanagementconferenceswithemployees;hearingandresolvingemployeegrievances;counselingemployeesandsupervisors.

Maintainsemployeebenefitsprogramsandinformsemployeesofbenefitsbystudyingandassessingbenefitneedsandtrends;recommendingbenefitprogramstomanagement;directingtheprocessingofbenefitclaims;obtainingandevaluatingbenefitcontractbids;awardingbenefitcontracts;designingandconductingeducationalprogramsonbenefitprograms.

Ensureslegalcompliancebymonitoringandimplementingapplicablehumanresourcelocalandnationalrequirements.

Maintainsmanagementguidelinesbypreparing,updating,andrecommendinghumanresourcepoliciesandprocedures.

Maintainshistoricalhumanresourcerecordsbydesigningafilingandretrievalsystem;keepingpastandcurrentrecords.

Maintainshumanresourcestaffbyrecruiting,selecting,orienting,andtrainingemployees.

Maintainshumanresourcestaffjobresultsbycounselinganddiscipliningemployees;planning,monitoring,andappraisingjobresults.

Contributestoteameffortbyaccomplishingrelatedresultsasneeded.

Werequire:

FluentEnglishandlocallanguage

Experiencewithcompensationandwagestructureandexperienceinorganizationalpaymentsystemchanges.
