Ensuresplanning,monitoring,andappraisalofemployeeworkresultsbytrainingmanagerstocoachanddisciplineemployees;schedulingmanagementconferenceswithemployees;hearingandresolvingemployeegrievances;counselingemployeesandsupervisors.
Maintainsemployeebenefitsprogramsandinformsemployeesofbenefitsbystudyingandassessingbenefitneedsandtrends;recommendingbenefitprogramstomanagement;directingtheprocessingofbenefitclaims;obtainingandevaluatingbenefitcontractbids;awardingbenefitcontracts;designingandconductingeducationalprogramsonbenefitprograms.
Ensureslegalcompliancebymonitoringandimplementingapplicablehumanresourcelocalandnationalrequirements.
Maintainsmanagementguidelinesbypreparing,updating,andrecommendinghumanresourcepoliciesandprocedures.
