ThisjobisresponsibletodemonstratecostefficiencyoftheFirmenichflavorsindifferentfoodapplicationsandtoassistthebusinessunittoprovidefocusclientswiththebesttechnicalservices.

RESPONSIBILITY

•Developnewfoodsformulationsbasedonindustrialstandardsandcountryspecificrequirements

•Selectandevaluatetherightflavorsolutionincompliancewithlegal,costs,clients&applicationsrequirements

•Understandthecommercialneedsofthebrief,thevalueandpricecriteria

•Technicalcontactforcertainkeyclients/categories

•Prepareandleadclient'stechnicalpresentations

•Workinaclosecollaborationwithaccountmanagers,categoryteams(flavourist,categorymanagerandmarketing),otherdepartments

•Managevariousadministrativeinternalsystems/tasksrelatedtoprojectsbriefsandkeepdailyrecordonlaboratoryworkandresults

EDUCATION

•AtleastBachelordegreeinFoodScienceand/orTechnologyorequivalent.

•About1yearprofessionalexperiencerequestedinthefoodindustry.Hasdeepknowledgeaboutfoodprocessesinvariousproducts。
