*GoodunderstandingofprincipalsofconfigurationofIT-resp.HRIS-applications

*AdvanceduserofExcel

*GoodcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglish

*Knowledgeofthemostcommonmiddlewareproducts,e.g.Boomi,WBI,IAM,etc.

*Someknowledgeofsystemarchitecturemodeling

*Servicemindedandcustomeroriented

*Stronganalyticalandproblemsolvingskillsinacomplexenvironment
