1、Developandimplementthemarketingplan,including:advertising,events,andpublications;
2、Keepup-to-datewithmarkettrendsandconductrelevantresearchtofeedintothemarketingstrategyonaregularbasis;
3、ReceiveEMBAinquiriesbytelephone,on-sitevisitetcprofessionally;
4、FollowupwithEMBAinquiriesandapplications.
JobBasicRequirements:
1、Knowledge/Qualifications:
Knowledgeable,articulateandfriendlymannerwiththeabilitytoworkwiththedifferentfunctionsoftheschoolcommunity;
Abilitytocommunicateandpromotetheschool’simagetoindividualsandlargegroupswithconfidenceandflair;
Adegreeinmarketingpreferred.
2、TechnicalSkills:
Targetfocused,extremelyorganizedandeffectiveindevelopingandimplementingmarketingplanstoattractpotentialstudents;
WelldevelopedanalyticalandresearchskillswiththeabilitytoconductresearchinordertounderstandwhatinfluencesandpersuadestargetstochooseanEMBAprogramme;
Creativeandinnovative.Capableof“selling”theschoolinthemarketingplan;
Excellentcommunication&interpersonalskills;
Abilitytoproducestatisticaldataandevaluateitindatabaseorexcelformats;
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartoftheadmissionsteam;
AskilleduserofMicrosoftOfficeprogrammes;
GoodwrittenandoralEnglish.
3、Experience:
Experienceinanadmissions/marketing/salesroleishighlydesirable;
Provenexperienceofmarketingandexternalcommunications,preferablywithaMNC;
Aninterestineducationandworkingwithinaneducationalenvironment.
4、SpecialFactors:
Flexibilitytoattendcourses,OpenDaysetc.outsideofnormalworkhours;
Agoodattendanceandpunctualityrecord.
