Ownsthedeliveryoftheanalyticsanddataplanforthemarket(askingasthechiefanalyticsofficerforthemarket),includinglandingofexistinganalyticproducts(includingchangemanagementplan),co-creationofanalyticinnovations,andacquisitionofnewdatathatismarketspecific.

Partnerswithmarketgeneralmanager,Finance,andCDVPstoaligntotopanalyticsanddataprioritiesforthemarket;ensuresfundingsufficiencyfromthemarketand/orITIB.

Translatesrequirementstoandinsightsfromthein-marketdatascientistteamneededtoaddressopportunities.

1.DeliveryofthetotaljointbusinessplanprioritiesbetweentheteamandthemarketGM/CDleader

2.Serveasthetrusteddataandanalyticsconsultantfortheleaderswhoprovidesproducts-solutionsthatrapidlysolveforbusinessissues

3.DevelopmentoftheannualanalyticanddatamarketplanwithfundingsufficiencyfromthemarketandITIB(ifinnovation)

4.Owndeliveryofthebudget(ensurenoover-underspends)

5.Ownthechangemanagementrequiredtoensurelandingofproducts

6.Ensurethecareerdevelopmentofthein-marketdatascientistteamasatalentpipelineintotheclusterhubs.

7.Accountableforinnovatingatleast1-2newdataandanalyticmethodologiesdrivenbylocalneedswhichfeedintoglobalproductpipeline

任职要求:

•M.B.A.inarelevantfield(BusinessAnalytics,OperationsResearch),orPhD,M.S.inarelevanttechnicalfield(OperationsResearch,ComputerScience,Statistics,BusinessAnalytics,Econometrics,orMathematics)

oOverallexperienceof8-10+yearspreferred

•Strongtrackrecordofworkingwithseniorbusinessleadership(VPs+)todrivedefinition,alignment,andsupportforapplicationofanalyticsanddatatoaddresscomplexbusinessissues(e.g.centralizationofpromotionspendingdecisions)

•Abilitytorapidlyconnect+matchanalyticsanddataproductstobusinessneeds

oExpertknowledgeinstatistics(Regression,Clustering,RandomForrest,DecisionTrees,Optimization,TimeSeries,Probability,andotherrelatedadvancedmethodologies)

oWorkingknowledgeofananalysistoolsuchasAngoss,KNIME,Spotfire,MicrosoftPowerBI,andTableau

oWorkingknowledgeandbasicskillstocodeinR,RShiny,andMicrosoftAzureMachineLearning

oWorkingknowledgetoapplyMicrosoftAzureandCortanatodevelopscaledanalyticmodelsinthecloud

•AbilitytomanagemultiplerequestsandprioritiessimultaneouslyinahighlyVUCAandcompetitivemarket
