TaxManagerJobDescription:

1.Planandpreparetaxreportsandreturnsingoodquality;beresponsibleforpreparingtaxrelateddocumentation,suchastransferpricingdocumentation,etc.

2.Researchandanalyzenewtaxregulations,policiesandguidelines;providetaxadvice/supportinbusinessandimportantprojects;reviewandupdateprocessesregardingtaxchanges;

3.Workcloselywithgrouptaxdepartment,andtaxconsultantsontaxissues,suchas,I/Ccharges,transferprice,mergeandacquisitionprojects,etc.,tofulfilltaxrequirementandrealizetaxbenefit;

4.Makeproperplanningtoachievetaxsavings;evaluatetaxrisksandensuretaxcomplianceingroupcompanies;Supportinauditfortaxpart;

5.Liasonwithtaxauthorities,andmanagetaxaffairs,taxassessment,ortaxaudit

Requirements:

1.University’sdegreeinaccountingorotherbusinessrelateddiscipline;

2.Solidtaxknowledge,5yearsplustaxworkexperienceswithcertifiedtaxagentcertificate,taxfirmexperienceispreferred;

3.GoodcommunicationskillsandgoodoralandwrittenEnglishlevel;

4.Self-motivated.
